You need to compose an e-mail message to the Majordomo automated e-mail server named "thought4today-request@4fam.net". To help you do that, the following example is provided. Please notice that the only thing in the body of the message is the word "subscribe". Click on the list address above to start your mail client and type subscribe in the message body as shown below. Send the e-mail.
